Next, we’ll send you the info you’ll need to decide if we’re a good fit. We can even schedule a phone consultation if you prefer.

A Non-Refundable $325 deposit is required to begin our design process. The deposit will be applied to the final payment amount – considered as a down payment. Then, we’ll send you our Gift Design Questionnaire which helps us customize your gifts.

We will create a visual representation for your review based on answers you provide in our Gift Design Questionnaire.

We collaborate on design revisions until it’s perfect! Next, sign off on the final gift design and submit payment, congratulations! It’s time for us to begin building your gifts!

Frequently Asked Questions

How much notice do you need for custom orders?

We like to have at least 6 weeks for the Custom Gift Box design process, including revisions back and forth, curating, and assembly. Once you sign the Retainer Agreement, your date is officially booked in our calendar. For large events or high guest counts, 6-12 weeks is our general timeline. With that said, these are merely guidelines and we are happy to accommodate rush orders based on availability. Please ask!

Do you ship internationally?

We do not offer international shipping for our gift boxes.  If you are planning a destination wedding or event please let us know and we can suggest some good ideas how to get the gifts to your destination.

How do you know what to include in my gift boxes?

We will send you a brief questionnaire to answer about basic details of your event, gift quantity, theme ideas, budget, and other gifting goals. We use these details to professionally design your gifts to complement your event. The end result is outstanding gifts just the way you envisioned including contents all your guest are sure to enjoy.

Do you offer gift assembly?

Yes! We are a full-service gift company and ship all projects fully assembled.

Can you customize the welcome letter?

Of course! A personal greeting is always heartwarming! Typically the information includes a sincere welcome message, transportation information, full itinerary, addresses of the events, contact information for the event, etc.

Do you ship chocolate in the summer months?

To prevent melting within the gifts we avoid shipping chocolate during the summer months.

Can you include alcohol in the boxes?

While we cannot purchase alcohol, we are able to include your provided alcohol in your gift box. Please contact us for more information.

Do you make bridal party and groomsmen gifts?

Absolutely! We create custom gift boxes for bridal parties, groomsmen, wedding welcome, bachelor/bachelorette events, hotel amenity gift boxes and more. We also have some ready to ship gift boxes in our shop, check it out! Send us a message for custom orders.

Do you make corporate gifts?

Yes! We are happy to partner with businesses to create gifts for the holidays, award ceremonies, parties, clients, sales initiatives, or for corporate outreach. We will work closely with you to create a Custom Curated Gift Box that is perfect for your business and/or event.
