If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges. However, customized items are not
able to be returned/refunded and all sales are final.

Ship items back to me within: 7 days of delivery
We cannot offer any returns after 30 days from the order date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Customized orders cannot be returned.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment minus shipping cost. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Customs and Import Taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping Estimates

  • Ready-To-Ship Gift Boxes will take 2-4 days.
  • Ring boxes and jewelry boxes will take 2-4 days.
  • Suit accessories, ties, cufflinks, tie clips, money clips will take 2-4 days.
  • Apparel, hats, coffee mugs, tote bags, pillows, and stickers will take 5-7 days.
  • International Orders not available at this time.
  • Expedited shipping is available, just ask!

All packages are shipped via USPS or Fed-Ex with tracking from Charlotte, NC. International shipments are processed through the USPS.
