Yes, we have an order minimum for our Custom Gift Design Service. Our order minimums for our Custom Gift Design Service vary based on gift type. (ie. wedding welcome, client appreciation, bridal party, etc.)

 

There are no order minimums for our Ready-to-Ship pre-designed collection in our online shop.

Yes, we love designing unique custom gift boxes (order minimum may apply).  Each custom gift box is carefully curated and assembled to your specifications for any number of events such as wedding welcome, client appreciation, bridal party, bachelor party, etc. inquire HERE.

 

We like to have at least 6 weeks for the Custom Gift Box design process, including revisions back and forth, curating, and assembly. Once you sign the Retainer Agreement, your date is officially booked in our calendar. For large events or high guest counts, 6-12 weeks is our general timeline. With that said, these are merely guidelines and we are happy to accommodate rush orders based on availability. Please ask!

We offer two online payment processing options: PayPal & Stripe which accept all major credit cards.

For custom gifts and orders over 10 boxes, we ask that you contact us at GratefulGadgets@gmail.com for a custom shipping quote. We want to make sure your boxes arrive at your destination in the most efficient and cost effective way possible.

Yes! We are happy to partner with businesses to create gifts for the holidays, parties, clients, sales initiatives, or for corporate outreach. We will work closely with you to create a Custom Curated Gift Box that is perfect for your business and/or event. You can write to us HERE – we can’t wait to hear more!

Yes, some materials are able to be custom engraved, just ask us at GratefulGadgets@gmail.com or click HERE and we will work with you to customize your item if possible.

We do not currently offer wholesale opportunities for our gift boxes.

We are located in Charlotte, NC. We can provide hand delivery for larger orders that are within the Charlotte area.

While we do our best to ensure each and every item gets delivered on time and hassle free, we occasionally encounter delays that are outside of our control. Shipping worldwide can lead to delays due to weather, customs issues, and holidays. The good news is that we’ll be sure to keep you in the loop and try to resolve things as quickly as possible.

If you want to cancel or change your order, please let us know as soon as possible! Please submit a request to GratefulGadgets@gmail.com with your order number. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to cancel or refund orders after we have shipped your order.
